Once in flight school I used to be laconic...

Short little meta on Inara and two things that have been bothering me for quite a while now:

1. The secret which Joss and Tim were "laying in" to develop it later.
I think i know what it is.
Clues:
- syringe (pointed out by Joss)
- "Don't wanna die at all" (pointed out by Tim)
- "You look excatly like the day I left" (pointed out by me humble self, yay!)
So, obviously, she uses some injections to stay youthful.
The question left is this: is she as young as we think she is, or is she, like, 80 y.o. already?

2. I think i know how to justify the fact that she doesn't go for it with Mal.
Clues:
- "She doesn't like complications"
- "What's the Companion policy on dating?" - "It's complicated"
So there's that. Unknown complications in the dating policy, plus she probably wouldn't quit "whoring" for Mal, which would become hyper complicated for them of course. Also, the big fat scary secret that she's 80 or something like that :)
